Kira Reginato is the president of Living Ideas For Elders and radio host of KSRO’s Ask the Expert - The Elder Care Show, airing Fridays from 12:30 - 1 PM. She has been an eldercare manager for over 12 years. She has also served seniors and their families in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, residential care homes, hospices, an Alzheimer's adult day health center, and a Meals on Wheels Program.

She won the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce Recognition Award for Excellence in Service to Seniors in 2010. She served as Co-Chair of the Western Regional - Bay Area Chapter of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers in 2008/2009, she chaired the Sonoma County Section on Aging from 2005-2008, and is a member of the Petaluma Senior Care Connection.

Ms. Reginato holds a degree in Public Administration and a minor in Gerontology from San Francisco State University. She is well versed in understanding government regulations in the industry such as Title 22 for nursing and residential care facilities.
